Dave and Phil are doing a fantastic job on this home renovation and second story extension in Brisbane, everything is going according to plan. Gavin and his team from “Jake Plasterers” have done yet another amazing job in the downstairs lounge / dining area. Dave and Phil have been installing new windows downstairs, tiling is being done, the electricial work is coming along and the painters are getting through the external painting.
The new second story level on this Brisbane home is not far from finished, with Pete from “Peters Tiling Service” doing a great job of tiling the new bathroom and has the new upper verandah ready to tile. He is so shy he disappeared as soon as the office mouse appeared with the camera!
Dave thinks I need to get back here next Wednesday as the floor polisher will be working upstairs on Thursday and will also be polishing the new internal stairs. Peter will have all the tiling work finished upstairs and the bathroom will be fitted off with the vanity and tapware and the shower screen installation will follow soon after. The stair balustrades were going in today so its going to look fantastic next week!
This photo has Derek busy painting all the timber work which is to be used for the new carport. One of his many talents is to prime all the timber work including weatherboards so all parts of the timber are water tight and protected. This is one of the many specialty techniques our tradesman use to ensure the lasting quality of their work.
