The home renovations in this latest “Build-in-under project by Update Renovate is at an exciting phase for the Clients where the layout is really taking shape.
Tim and Luke are finishing off the framing and putting up the ply bracing.
Looks like Robbie has only one or two courses to go in the block retaining wall before the wall is core filled with concrete and the capping blocks are cemented in place.
These photo’s show the rear of the house with Tim working on the external ply bracing and Robbie and Stealie at the driveway side of the house finishing off for the day and cleaning up.
Tim tells me I should come back at the end of this week as they will have window & door joinery going in and the exterior timber cladding going up so there will be plenty for the office mouse to photograph!
