The bricklayers have almost finished the double garage and new front entry walls to this extension and renovation project in Carindale Brisbane.

The new brick walls and piers are almost finished and the carpenters Rob and Lachy are building the new lower roof framing at the front of the house for the new front entry and extended double garage.  Derek the ace trade assistant has his work cut out for him this week cleaning up the site, there has been so much activity front and back of this extension and renovation in Brisbane!

At the rear of the house they have framed the new roof for the extended patio area.

When the office mouse returns next week the roof tiles should be laid on the lower level roof which means Rob and Lachy can put the blue board sheeting up on the outer walls of the new second level extension.
