The family / rumpus room second storey extension in St Lucia Brisbane has the internal walls sheeted and the ceilings will be done next.

The new timber joinery and VJ walls tie in really well with the exisitng homes features.  Once the ceilings have been gyprocked and the carpenters Tim and Luke have finished off the second fix stage with the window and door architraves and skirting boards the new family / rumpus room extension will be ready for the painters.

The final stage will see the floor sanded and polished.

The verandah has been laid with timber look tiles which will be excellent for all weather.  The ballustrading is to be powder coated wrought iron with a timber top.  The lower level verandah doors have been replaced with matching timber Bi-fold doors.
