Our carpenters Tim and Luke who built this fantastic extension are doing the second fix stage to the downstairs renovations. The renovation work includes a new laundry, understairs storage cupboard, a new kitchen which is part of the open plan layout of a massive lounge / dining area. A new kitchen window and large sliding doors allow for improved ventilation and light to the whole area.
The design layout of the new front door and entry has provided both privacy and added security to the downstairs area.
Once the kitchen has been installed the template will be cut for the new bench tops and the painters can get started. A new cork floor will be the final stage of the lower renovations. When the office mouse returns next week there will be plenty to see in the final stages of this home extension and renovation in Brisbane!
