The lower main bedroom, study and laundry have been gutted making way for the large family and dining room in this latest extension and renovation in Mitchelton Brisbane.

Over the last week the Clients have moved into the new upper level and the renovations to the lower ground level have well and truly begun.  The carpenters Tim and Luke have left one wall up seperating the kitchen and new family room until Gavin the plasterer has sheeted the walls and ceiling to keep the new area sperate while they are working in there to help with the dust and noise.

Once the plastering is finished the wall seperating the kitchen and new family / dining room will be removed.  Linear boards will be continued along the side external wall once the new windows and doors are installed. A new kitchen is the final stage of this second story extension and renovation in Mitchelton Brisbane.
