It’s a great stage when the stairs go in on a job like this, apart from making internal access easier to the new upper level the stairs join the existing with the new and make the whole house feel like one structure.
The new upper level extension is ready for the painters now and Peter the tiler has been finishing off the new upstairs bathroom. The electrician will come through next to fit off the ducted airconditioning and all other electrical work as well as the plumber to finish fitting off the bathroom tapware, vanity and toilet.
Meanwhile downstairs is ready for the new internal plasterwork to be fitted. A new kitchen is yet to be installed and a second bathroom renovated.
