The second storey extension thats being built to the home in St Lucia Brisbane is almost at lockup stage now.

The weatherboards are on and the large bi-fold doors are about to be fitted to the new uper level extension in St Lucia Brisbane.   The bricklayers are extending the chimney to clear the new level while inside the carpenters are working on the soffits and door opening.

The huge LVL timber beam spans across the new feature bi-fold door opening into the new family room.
