Tim and Luke have been busy in the past week on this home renovation “build-in-under”, the joinery is in and it looks fantastic with windows and doors matching the original joinery on the upper level. Once finished the new lower level will match the exisitng perfectly and look like its always been there.
With the bracing and sarking on the framework, Tim and Luke have started putting up the timber weatherboards on the external walls.
Meanwhile Carl the plumber from “Liquid Gas Plumbing” was busy onsite laying the stormwater pipes around the retaining walls.
While I was there Gavin the plaster from “Jake Plasterers” popped in to to measure up what he needs for all the internal plaster work, he said that he is booked in for this Thursday, so I think that would be a good time for the office mouse to make another visit to see the latest progress.
