The family room extension is being built to the rear of the home along with a small deck and stairs giving easier access to the two levels at the back of the house.
These internal photos of the new family room extension show the external wall removed which completely opens up the kitchen and dining area. The outdated archway that led to the front lounge room has been removed and the opening widened to add to the open plan living space. The natural light and ventilation has been improved dramatically in this whole area. We will be gutting the old kitchen and building a new modern design with new appliances.
