The office mouse has really enjoyed following this extension and renovation project in Brisbane, the house has been remodelled into a spacious modern family home.
These photos were taken just after the third coat of polish was applied to the entire lower level floor area.
With the floor finished and the internal painting completed the lower level extensions and renovations are perfectly matched to the new upper level extension. Andrew from “Messina Electrical” is finishing off the final switches, light shades and power points which match all the new upper level fittings.
The painters from “KE Chalker Painting” are close to finishing off all the external work. The front entry will be tiled and the rear lower verandah decking will be re-coated once the Clients have finished moving in. The new balustrading with timber handrail has been fitted to both verandah levels and really sets off the new timber joinery.
The office mouse will return in a couple of weeks to take the final photos of this home extension and renovation project when the Clients are settled into their beautiful new home.
