The front view of the new upper level extension to this home in Brisbane shows the various stages of the building of the new front deck.
The new large sliding doors which open onto the living area create an extended living space for all weather and wonderful views across the tree covered neighbourhood. The new verandah will also provide much improved cooling and cross ventilation to the living, dining, kitchen and family room areas.
Dave and Phil have the insulation completed and the ceiling will be ready for sheeting early next week.
