With the roof trusses up the roof tilers can start to lay the terracotta tiles to the new second story extension to the home in West End Brisbane.

With the scaffolding still up Rob and Lachy have finished the soffits and guttering on the new upper level extension so it’s ready for the roof tilers.

This photo on the left is taken from the new main bedroom to the rear of the new upper level and the photo on the right from the study at the front of the house which now has amazing city views. The windows should be going in next week and then the external sarking goes on.  An exciting stage for the owners to see their new second story you can really see the layout and room sizes now.
