The roofing tiles have been laid on this second story extension and renovation in Mitchelton Brisbane.

With the scaffolding up, the fascias and gutters have been installed and early this week the roof tiles were laid.

Tim and Luke will have the sarking and bracing fixed to the exterior walls of the upper level addition by the end of this week, as well as all the window joinery installed.  Carl the plumber is booked to do the first stage of plumbing early next week followed closely by Gavin the plasterer who will gyprock all the internal walls later in the week.  This will really be an exciting stage for the Clients where the extension and renovation project is well and truly at “lockup stage”.

The office mouse will return!
