It looks like Tim and Luke have finished installing all the beatiful timber joinery made by “Darra Joinery”. I love the look of the kitchen bifold windows and bifold doors leading out onto the courtyard area under the house. It will be such a great space to use for entertaining or just hanging out for all the family!
Andrew the electrician from “Messina Electrical” is busy doing the next stage of the electrical work downstairs in the lounge area.
This area under the front verandah was basically unused and was varying levels. Now it has one new clean level of concrete and will soon be enclosed with timber battens and a lockable door to create additional storage.
Tim said that Gavin from “Jake Plasterers” will be there next Thursday to install the plaster ceilings while Tim and Luke will be busy finishing off the external weatherboards and starting on the VJ boards to the internal walls.
The Clients will really get a good feel for the whole downstairs space and various rooms with all the internal lining going up, its a very exciting stage to come home from work each day to see the progress.
